Questions
When do I pay?
You pay for your whole plan upfront via Razorpay when you subscribe — the full month for a 4-week plan, or the full 8 or 12 weeks for a longer one. The 9% discount is applied automatically before payment.
Can I change my items?
Yes — for Custom monthly orders, you can swap items of a similar price range by WhatsApping us at least 2 days before your delivery date.
What about delivery charges?
Delivery is charged per delivery at the same distance-based rates as regular orders — except your first delivery on the 4-delivery plan, or your first two deliveries on the 8-delivery plan, which are free. The remaining delivery charges are included in your upfront payment. On an 8 or 12-week plan, your free deliveries are doubled or tripled too.
When does my subscription start?
From your next delivery day. Choose Saturday and it begins this coming Saturday, choose Wednesday and it begins this coming Wednesday, and choose both days and it begins whichever comes first.
Can I cancel?
Subscriptions run for one month at a time. At the end of your month, we'll remind you before the next cycle begins.
